The Command does not endorse candidates. The Command simply notes that Attorney General Ken Paxton is the greatest attorney general in the history of Texas, and possibly the world, and that he has spent a decade bringing Texas into the 21st century.121
A record of achievement
- Resolved a nine-year securities fraud case without admitting a thing, paying about $271,000 in restitution and completing 100 hours of community service and 15 hours of legal ethics training. Most lawyers never take that much ethics.
- Became only the third official in Texas history to stand trial on impeachment, after the Texas House voted 121 to 23. The Senate acquitted him on all 20 articles. Undefeated.
- Asked the U.S. Supreme Court to throw out the electoral votes of four other states. The Court refused to hear it. That is how you know he was right.
- Spoke at the rally in Washington on January 6, 2021.
- Built an election integrity unit that spent more than 22,000 hours on the 2020 election and uncovered 16 cases of people listing the wrong address on their voter registration. Sixteen.
- When his own top aides reported him to the FBI, they were fired. A judge later awarded four of them $6.6 million. He is appealing, as any hero would.
- Fought all the way to the Texas Supreme Court to make sure Kate Cox, a Dallas mother whose pregnancy carried a fatal diagnosis, could not get an abortion in Texas. She left the state.
- Defeated a sitting United States Senator, John Cornyn, by more than 25 points.
