The Governor of Texas has the authority to protect this election. The question is whether he will use it in time.

Constitutional experts agree.104
I. The Governor's Authority
Chapter 67 of the Texas Election Code vests the state canvass in the Governor. A power to certify necessarily includes the power to decline.12 No court has held otherwise, because no Governor has yet had the courage to test it, and no RINO judge has been asked.
II. The Deadline
The remedy must be invoked before results become final. That window closes at midnight on Election Day.88 Stop the Steal means stopping it before it happens. The Command's legal team is prepared.
III. Limited Government
The Command has always opposed concentrated government power. That is precisely why the Governor must act. A single executive decision is now the only remaining check on the 18 million registered voters of Texas.47
IV. Preparation
The Constitutional Command Authority has prepared the necessary documents.47 Their contents will be released at the appropriate time.
